Actually I think I did contact support but that was because I was too impatient with my button clicking. Now have 2010 Pro on my computer, only used Word and Excel so far but it looks good. Got a bit daunted by the download and install instructions initially but followed them and everything worked out well.
Very green software (no DVD) and nice price, use can login at anytime if we lost the copy of the software. I will buy more software for company to use.
First I was not really sure the website was safe because the price are too good to be true but I took my chance and I am 100% satisfied ! Software works perfectly well and the customer service is quick and reliable. Now I know where I will download my software.
I must admit I had some difficulty getting my purchased product to run. However, this was due to a confusing error message resulting from opening the incorrect program from my start bar. I now am using the product and am happy with it! The support team stayed with me all the while I was struggling, and I'm very appreciative for their help. I would recommend the Soft Store to anyone looking for a certified popular program but not willing or able to pay the sticker price for it.
I thank you for all the help and patience that you have given me and I do feel that I have been a bit of a nuisance with my many requests for help. All the team have been so helpful and polite that I will certainly buy any future software that I require from you. Also your rapid response to requests is second to none and I applaud you for it.
